A simple steel frame structural insulated panel, an aesthetically pleasing solution to remote industrial area problem with numerous planning restrictions. This warehouse/office complex carefully zoned the significant warehouse space and loading bays such that it is not in conflict with the quiet office spaces.
This thought process was carried to its exterior which in turn was articulated to respond to it’s surroundings through an aesthetically pleasing yet simple play of solid and glazed facade. Designed by AA Architecture now architect (Timothy) under Hatterell & Partners in 2006).
