Conversion of this historic piece to a restaurant required some sensitive consideration. The lack of consistency in column width dimensions owed to the technology at the time of construction proved a challenge when it came to articulating the spaces within this building while respecting it’s history.
As a restaurant open to the public, functional flows which optimised value was key to this interior modification. This was successfully achieved. Designed by AA Architecture now architect (Timothy) under Hatterell & Partners).
